She doesn't speak any French. She's not conservative. She uses the US dollar, however weak it may be, to buy her kibbles. She doesn't go to watch movies in a "theatre," and doesn't see herself as the "colour" black. She does, however, feel strongly "aboot" her bark being a "woof," despite the canadian-like spelling. Ms. Belle is "sceptical" "aboot" a lot of things, but her nationality is not one of them. So there... Ms. Belle simply cannot be Canadian. She doesn’t speak any French. She’s not conservative.
